This series of sport-specific exercises are used to assess functional movement patterns, establishing where your training should be focused. Their Sports Scientists carry out 4 of these tests related to your particular sport and grade you accordingly. Body alignment is fundamental to training and performance. Find out how well our own body is set up and if you're exercising correctly in form and content. A balanced posture will help minimise your risk of injury.

Get a 15 minute 1-on-1 Specialist Swim clinic

Hampden will carry out a brief upper limb profile and examine your range of motion through shoulders, neck and upper back. This will tell them where your imbalances could cause problems, so they can advise on the best stretches and release strategies to maximise your stroke.

Looking for a fun day out this March for all the family? Look no further! We have a host of activities taking place for any young budding athlete who wants to try something new or improve their sporting technique! We've put together 6 top reasons why you should come to the show this Spring.

1) Try out our Under 16s Mountain Bike Track sponsored by Scottish Cycling!

We have our very own mountain bike track at this year's show for under 16s to get a real taste of the great outdoors! Frog bikes will be providing a range of specially designed bikes for younger cyclists. Get to grips with different terrain and learn how to mountain bike like a pro!

2) Get stuck in to a range of activities in our Kids Zone!

We have a specially dedicated area for under 16s to have a go and get to grips with a variety of activities from trampolining to cycling, there will be something for everyone to enjoy! So come along and get stuck in to a range of activities this March!
