Always a popular feature at the show, the spin classes will be back for 2018. No need to worry about heading to the gym to get your fix, just pop down to the show and get your fitness on in our free classes.

The 15 minute taster classes will give you a real feel for what spinning is all about letting you decided this is something you want to incorporate into your training routine for that upcoming challenge, or as something to simply keep you fit and healthy. Spinning is suitable for all levels of fitness, so come along and give it a go and kick start your 2018 on the right pedal!

Whether you have a weight loss goal, or if you're wanting to quickly build up to and maintain a good level of fitness or if you’re just after a great whole body workout - spinning is a great addition to your weekly fitness regime!

You can book your free session in advance so keep an eye on our website and facebook page for the online booking slots going live. You can also just turn up on the day and have a go with sessions happening throughout the day.
