Q : Can I buy tickets on the door at the event?
A: Yes you can. Tickets will also be available to BUY ONLINE on the days of the events. If you buy tickets online your ticket will be emailed to you within minutes of completed purchase.

Q : My e-tickets have not arrived in my inbox / I have lost my e-tickets.
A: Don’t worry – just bring along your ID with the same name and address as your e-ticket and your order reference number if possible.

Q : I bought a ticket for Sunday, but can I come on Saturday instead?
A: Don’t worry – come along to the show and a member of our staff will be able to validate your ticket – you will be allowed in.

Q : I bought a ticket for Saturday, but can’t come till Sunday now.
A: Don’t worry – come along to the show and a member of our staff will be able to validate your ticket – you will be allowed in.

Q : I have bought tickets for the show, but unfortunately I cannot attend. Can I get a refund?
A: No, unfortunately all tickets are non-refundable and non- transferable.

Q : I was at the event today and have lost something can you help me?
A: Please call the venue direct - Scottish Event Campus and ask for lost property on 0141 248 3000.
